The Frequencies We Lead From

Tesla, Hawkins, and the New Leadership Frontier
There are moments when history whispers something ancient and futuristic at once.
This week, as I revisited the profound works of Dr. David R. Hawkins, I found myself returning, again and again, to the image and works of Nikola Tesla.
Two minds separated by many decades.
Two bodies of work that never officially met.
And yet, utterly tuned to the same field.
Tesla, the brilliant outsider-engineer-mystic, saw the world not as a collection of things but as vibrating truths.
He famously wrote:
“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.”
It’s not just a quote.
It’s an initiation.
The Leadership World Is Catching Up
In the practice of Full Spectrum Leadership, we often speak about energy, how it moves, how it stagnates, how it lifts a room or lowers it without a single word.
We talk about trust not as a KPI, but as a vibrational state.
We talk about presence not as stagecraft, but as resonance.
And we talk about responsibility, not in the transactional sense, but in the Hawkins sense:
As a calibration of consciousness that shapes culture through intention and integrity.
Tesla showed us the technology of frequency.
Hawkins gave us the geometry of vibration.
And here we are now, leaders, coaches, guides, learning how to tune the instrument of ourselves in real time.
Consciousness Is Technology
Let’s say it clearly:
Your consciousness is a field.
It is not a mood. Not a tactic. Not a leadership style.
It’s an active, living frequency that your team, your family, your organization, feels before you speak a word.
- Tesla understood how to manipulate frequency externally
- Hawkins showed us how to elevate it internally
Together, they give us a spiritual and scientific model for a new type of leadership:
Vibrational Leadership.
Not performative. Not positional.
But present, clean, and coherent.
So Where Do You Lead From?
Hawkins’ Map of Consciousness gives us an answer in numbers.
- Fear calibrates at 100, and control is its only tool.
- Pride hovers at 175, strong on the surface, brittle underneath.
- Courage (200) is the gateway. It’s where force ends, and power begins.
- Love (500)? That’s where trust becomes contagious and strategy becomes soulful.
Tesla didn’t measure emotional vibration, but he felt it.
He withdrew often to maintain his energetic clarity.
He knew that the purity of a signal mattered more than the loudness of it.
Leadership is the same.
The question is no longer: “What’s your strategy?”
It’s: “What frequency are you broadcasting?”
A Leadership Invitation
What if you stopped leading from systems and started leading from signal?
What if your strategy was secondary, and your state was primary?
What if, instead of trying to be the most persuasive person in the room…
you committed to being the most calibrated?
That’s what we’re building at Full Spectrum Leadership.
Not a movement of personalities.
A movement of presence.
A field of frequency-tuned leaders who understand that:
Leadership doesn’t require force.
It simply requires coherence.
Closing Thought
Tesla and Hawkins may have never met on earth, but their work harmonizes at a higher octave.
You and I?
We’re the bridge between them.
So let’s keep tuning.
Let’s keep calibrating.
Let’s keep choosing Power over Force, again and again, until the frequency changes everything.
